The Tech Support Specialist is responsible for the following:
Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system related concerns from clients or other employees Assist management in creating training materials pertaining to computer troubleshooting and usage.
Maintain working logs detailing all required system updates, errors, complaints, troubleshooting, etc.
Must have excellent communication skills for phone meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems.
Help assist with resolving technical issues related to network interruptions.
Install and configure computer systems, hardware, and applications within the company.
Exerts excellent time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolutions.
Experience installing and configuring computer systems and applications for a large company.
Extensive experience working with different operating systems including Windows and Mac OS Assist with AWS and Azure environments.
Assist with back up restore and other projects.
Shift Available:
Monday through Friday 9:
00 AM ? 5:
30 PM.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
