Responsibilities and Duties Schedule service appointments Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain information Serve as the liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; entering RO into service database system.
Provide the client with an accurate estimate of repair or maintenance cost, and/or a minimal diagnostic fee with explanation of associated cost, detailing problems and pertinent information, and secure client authorization of repair or service.
Qualifications and Skills High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum of 6 Months Experience in Customer Service Position Fluent English--Bilingual a plus Automotive Knowledge Preferred But Not Required Quality Focus, Productivity, and Product Solving Strong Teamwork and Communication Skills Out-going personality with experience at developing relationships Can work in a fast-pace environment, are organized, and can manage time efficiently Must have valid driver's license Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$75,000.
