Part-Time Intellectual Property Law Paralegal
Small law firm in New Jersey is looking for a part-time paralegal with significant experience relating to patents and trademarks. If you are a New Jersey paralegal with such experience and available to work immediately, please send us your resume, your hourly rate and the number of hours you are available each week.
You will be assigned projects for which you will set the times you will work during normal business hours. You will work remotely from anywhere in New Jersey.
Qualifications:
At least five (5) years of experience as a paralegal.
Strong communications skills -- listening, speaking and writing.
Strong technical skills with desktop document editing software and mobile device apps.
Any experience with transactional business law is favorable.
Any experience with maintaining a corporate minutes book is also favorable.
