Job Summary

The Nurse Manager is responsible to the Director, Vice President and/or the Chief Nursing Officer for facilitating, coordinating and delegating the delivery of patient care to a defined group of patients during their entire hospitalization period. S/he works cooperatively with administrators, physicians, staff, other managers and all customers to provide services, which consistently meet and exceed the expectations of their customers.

Responsibilities and Duties

    She is responsible 24 hours a day for the staffing and management of patient care in each of his/her units, for promoting the practice of professional nursing in a specified patient care area, and for the acquisition, development, and utilization of resources (human and material) needed to fulfill those responsibilities.

    • Effectively maintains the hospitals Standards of Care and Practice.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree nursing program
  • Three years clinical acute care RN experience.

  • One year management experience

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
